Recipe: French Toast

Last weekend, I’ve ended my craving for a French Toast!
Here’s what I did...

Ingredients:
1 Egg
½ cup Milk (I used Evap milk. Fresh Milk will do, too)
2 tbsp Sugar
Butter
4 slices of Loaf Bread

How to:
-Beat egg in a shallow bowl. Then add milk and sugar.
-In a low heat fire, melt butter in a non-stick pan.
-Soak bread in the egg-milk mixture then fry.
-Turn the bread and cook the other side.

Yum-yum! Amber loves it, too! She said it's "ami" (yummy) and even asked for more servings! My picky-eater baby loved what mommy has made. ^_^


Perfect with fruit jams or bacon or chicken nuggets or hotdogs... ^_^
